Hosted 150 people at a gala event at the Sheraton Grand Mirage Port Douglas to raise much needed funds for the FNQ Hospital Foundation. $43,000 was raised on the night with celebrity guest Camilla Franks sharing her Cancer survival story.
CityLife Magazine Annual Business Retreat (2021)
Hosted 33 business owners at an exclusive Business Retreat in Port Douglas at the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort with celebrity guest speakers to assist SME’s boost their business in what were challenging economic times with the onset of COVID-19.
Salvation Army Red Shield Appeal Business Launch (2021)
We raised $86,000 for the Business Launch to kick start the appeal over lunch hosted at the Pullman Reef Hotel Casino with business leaders in attendance.
Well Man Tour (2019)
From concept to completion we created the Well Man Tour Roadshow on behalf of Health Reimagined to promote mental wellness for middle aged men in Regional Australia. In the first stage of the roadshow in early 2019, it travelled throughout North Queensland with internationally acclaimed comedians, musicians and mental health advocates. The events promoted laughter, mateship and the importance of taking time out with your mates to connect and enjoy time together in the good times and bad. The events were created as a direct result of the horrific suicide rates amongst men in rural communities. Stage 2 of the roadshow is already in the planning stages and will be rolled out across Regional Australia in the coming 12 months. Over 1,000 people attended the events in Cairns, Port Douglas and the Atherton Tablelands.
Yak About It Tour (2019)
From concept to completion we created the Yak About It Tour on behalf of Selectability to encourage carers and those they care for to take time out and have a laugh and bring about the awareness of self-care. In the first stage of the roadshow in early 2019, it travelled throughout North Queensland with internationally acclaimed comedians, musicians and mental health advocates and carer support workers and government agencies. The events promoted laughter, connection and community. The events were created as a direct result of the horrific suicide rates amongst men in rural communities.
Cairns Jobs Fair (2019)
Successfully managed from concept to completion the Jobs Fair on behalf of the Australian Government at the TAFE Queensland establishment. 1,500 job seekers attended the event and 40 exhibitors with fantastic job outcomes created for FNQ locals.
Tour of the Tropics National Road Series (NRS) (2019)
After such a successful 1st year, Tour of the Tropics has now been chosen by Cycling Australia to be part of the high profile National Road Series and join with events such as the Tour Down Under attracting global media coverage and international pro riders to the Tropical North Queensland region. Preparations for the event are already underway.
Tour of the Tropics (2018)
The inaugural cycling, food, wine and music festival held over 3 days in 3 x locations attracting 170 pro and amateur cyclists from across Australia and 2,400 spectators around Cairns, Malanda, and Yungaburra.
